Good and comfortable location for Helen, close to all the shops and eateries are as well as all restaurants, bars. Coffee, grits, muffins, cookies, and hot waffles available for breakfast. The pool area is clean too.

Favourable and comfy location so close to all the shops and eateries, I felt safe. The breakfast had a lot of options: coffee, grits, muffins, cookies, and hot waffles. The staff were very friendly, it was a bonus.

Overall had good stay for a quick mini vacation. We loved rooms with a king bedroom. The hotel was in a particularly good and comfortable location right by the short waterfall, the river and restaurants. We stopped by Cafe International for coffee and treats, it was approx 10-15 minutes' walk from the property.

The location was magnificent and wonderful - just off the river, the bars and restaurants, and the short waterfall. Also, Hardman Farm was 2 miles away.

The cleanliness of the hotel leaves much to be desired, with dirty bathrooms, stained mattresses, and carpets in need of cleaning.
